Energy Bill Analysis: We identify your seasonal usage patterns and quantify potential cost savings.

Diagnostics: We use state-of-the-art diagnostic testing equipment to measure your home’s performance in the following categories:

Energy Efficiency: We pinpoint specific areas of air leakage and infiltration in your home
Comfort: We identify house pressure imbalances; air infiltration and draft source
Safety: We test your water heater and furnace for carbon monoxide emissions, gas spillage, draft effectiveness and potential for flame roll-out
Health: We identify sources of excess moisture and evaluate ventilation effectiveness

Inspection: We evaluate key areas of your home for additional energy cost saving possibilities:
Insulation type and levels in your attic, ceiling and walls (if and where accessible)
Infrared thermal scan of your home’s shell if conditions permit.
Interior and exterior lighting
Appliances and major systems
Windows and doors
